Privacy

How information is handled.

Website enquiries and messages imported from connected business inboxes may be stored in a protected MySQL customer-enquiry database. This can include names, contact details, business names, message content, subjects, timestamps, and the source channel.

Security and account logs

Authorized dashboard accounts are security logged when they attempt to sign in or access protected administration routes. Logs can include the attempted username, outcome, account identifier where known, IP address, browser user agent, timestamp, and an approximate city, region, or country inferred from the IP address. IP-derived location is approximate and is not a precise physical address.

Client previews

Private project previews record successful and failed access attempts, page views, access-code identifiers, IP addresses, browser user agents, and timestamps. Feedback submitted through a preview can include the reviewer name, page or section reference, and requested changes. These records are used to control access, deliver work, and maintain a clear review history.

Why information is collected

Information is used to respond to enquiries, manage client conversations, protect the dashboard, investigate suspicious access, and maintain an audit trail of sensitive administrative actions.

Gmail

A connected Gmail account uses read-only authorization. Incoming messages can be copied into the CRM. The application does not need the Google account password and does not use Gmail permission to delete or modify mail.

Sharing and retention

Information is not sold. It may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the website, deliver requested work, protect the service, or comply with law. Enquiry and security records should be retained only as long as there is a legitimate business or security need.
